Tour Manners
Forestiere Underground Gardens are a true
earth environment that remain somewhat
untouched from their original beginnings.
Many visitors have related that they find their
rustic character refreshing. To protect the
grounds and ensure a safe and pleasant
visit for all guests, visitors are asked to
abide by the following policies:
The Forestiere Underground Gardens are still owned
and operated by Baldassare's nephew, Ric Forestiere
and his family, who have been graciously sharing the
family heritage with people from around the world for
nearly 40 years. In return, the family asks that visitors
please respect the tour policies, particularly the
long-standing photography policy noted below.
Thank you.
Tours are weather permitting
Because this is an outdoor environment,
the Underground Gardens reserves the
right to close without notice due to
inclement weather. This means that if it
rains the day before or the day of your
planned visit, tours will be discontinued
until the grounds dry out or repairs are
completed.
No Strollers or Pets Please
